Helping older people with modern IT skills

We helped Islington Pensioners Forum provide weekly free IT sessions for older people in the area. The pensioners are now confidently using their mobile phones, including WhatsApp and have learned to take and send photos with their phones. This has enabled them to communicate freely with friends and family and overcome the intergenerational gap with younger people who are born into the digital age.

Earl Elliott, the General Manger of nearby Cheverton Lodge visited the group at Islington Town Hall where he presented the group with a cheque for £500.
