Crandon Springs team climbing Pen Y Fan
On 7th September, an intrepid team of care home workers from Barchester Healthcare’s Crandon Springs care home in Wells will be tackling the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons.

Massive congratulations to Reji Joseph and his two sons who conquered Ben Nevis on Saturday 3rd August in very challenging weather conditions with quite a lot of rain and slippery paths for big parts of the day.

Phenomenal amount raised in June by Barchester staff and residents
For the third consecutive year, staff from Barchester Healthcare’s care homes and hospitals have put themselves through the Tour de Barchester, a gruelling 200 mile cycling challenge, to raise money for Barchester’s Charitable Foundation.

Reji Joseph takes on Ben Nevis
On August 3rd, Reji Joseph from Barchester Healthcare’s Middletown Grange care home in Hailey, near Witney will be tackling the UK’s highest mountain to raise money for Barchester’s Charitable Foundation.

In a change from their day jobs and proving themselves to be exceptionally good sports, the Managing Directors from Barchester Healthcare’s five divisions donned their aprons and got busy in the kitchen competing in Barchester’s first ever MD Cook Off.

Trish Alton takes on 100km Ultramarathon
On Saturday 13th July, Trish Alton, General Manager at Barchester’s Henford House care home in Warminster, will attempt the mammoth 100km "Race to the Stones" running challenge along the oldest path in Britain.

Lauren and Suzi at the top of the world
Firstly, a huge thanks to everyone who supported Lauren and Suzi to reach the summit of Ben Nevis on 1st June. They ‘smashed’ their own targets and have raised well over £2,000, which is absolutely fantastic.

100 miles, no trouble @RideLondon-Essex 100
Huge congratulations to our amazing cyclists Colin Marsh and Jon Douglas who conquered the RideLondon-Essex 100 on 26th May. More than 20,000 amateur cyclists took part in this very challenging charity bike ride that looped from central London to Essex.
